The Assumption That Is Making This Harder
Most teachers assume different language levels require different scaffold types. A word wall for Level 2. A sentence frame for Level 3. A graphic organizer for Level 4. So they end up managing multiple support systems, preparing multiple resource types, and running lessons where five different things are happening simultaneously.
That is unsustainable. And it is not how effective multi-level scaffolding actually works.
